It is a simple two-step approach.
01First, we only use suppliers on our preferred supplier list. These suppliers must pass ongoing tests to ensure that their products are the best in their class and price range and that they demonstrate superior customer service. Suppliers must maintain both criteria on a consistent basis to maintain our recommendation.
02Second, we spend a tremendous amount of time and effort hiring and training our employees. It is our policy that everyone working within LindenCraft is an employee, not a subcontractor or installer. These are dedicated renovators who have a passion for their craft and who have chosen to join us. We train constantly and are always striving to hone our skill set and excel at what we love.
